Rated 4 out of 5 by MICROWAVE 3 from BIGGER AND BETTER We purchased the microwave about 10 days ago. It hasn't been tested to the fullest, but we see that there are a lot of features that we haven't tried and there are a great many more than our old microwave. The very long door is a bit awkward to use if you have the object in your right hand and need to open the door with your left, then you have to move back to allow the door to open fully. The fan has 6 speeds, which to me is about 4 too many, however we can live with it. Our old unit only has 2 speeds. You should probably give us a retrial in about 3 months so that we can be more familiar with the Whirlpool. It has only been used several times since we got it and that's not enough time for a true trial, but thank you anyway. Oh yes, our first microwave is 42 years old, old and slow, but it still works, the second unit was still working at 35 yeas of age, but with some problems, especially the door and it's handle.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Edwin from Bought new about 3 weeks ago, had to have a service technician out as soon as it was installed it did not work. None of the function buttons work. Tech email said parts are on backorder and will take at LEAST 14 days to locate them. STILL WAITING. Had to order new door and brain panel. Not very happy right now.
